The 2009 edition of ZEROEMISSION ROME, the important event dedicated to renewable energies in the Mediterranean area, closed its doors with record figures: 25,400 visitors (compared to 18,000 in 2008), 400 exhibitors (300 in 2008), an exhibition area of 30,000 square metres, (+30% compared to the previous edition), 56 conference sessions, with 377 speakers.

Also thanks to the positive feedback from visitors and exhibitors, ZEROEMISSION ROME will be back at the Rome Fair Centre from 7 to 10 September 2010, to be better positioned in the international fair calendar. ZEROEMISSION ROME 2010 will also be organized and held in a different way, and will guarantee better visibility of the different halls.
The sixth edition will therefore include:
- EOLICA EXPO MEDITERRANEAN from 7 to 9 September;
- PV ROME MEDITERRANEAN, CSP EXPO, ECO HOUSE, GEOENERGY EXPO, CO2 EXPO and CCS EXPO from 8 to 10 September.

ZEROEMISSION ROME 2010 will therefore confirm itself as the reference event for all those companies and operators interested in the development of renewable energies, emission trading and environmental sustainability, and will shine the spotlight on electricity from wind energy, photovoltaic technologies, concentrating solar power plants, geothermal energy, energy saving, the carbon credit market, and on CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) technologies.

ZEROEMISSION ROME 2010 will, once more, also include numerous conferences, workshops and meetings dedicated to the most topical subjects regarding energy and the worldwide climate, which will see the participation of the most important international experts.
