THE FAIR STEP BY STEP
Following your enrollment to the Exhibition and initial deposit, the Exhibitor:
- Will receive an email from Organizing Office (at the address listed on the admission request form) with the following documentation:
- Area/Stand Notification
- Technical plan
- Compulsory forms (Rules, Stand Safety) to fill and send by fax to +39- 02 - 87.15.24.81 or by email logistica.zero@zeroemission.eu
- Must choose your set-up
- Shell scheme stand, if not already requested when you signed up, can be requested through the form which you can download

- Personalized stand, to contact your own fitters.
- Will receive email from Rome Fair with credentials to access the area reserved only for exhibitors (http://services.fieraroma.it) where you can download obligatory information and request additional services.
Note: Rome Fair will perform services only upon completion of payment. - Will receive an email from your Project Manager with the credentials you’ll need to access the following area: (www.zeroemission.it/logon.asp):
- ‘Catalogue data’: input your company information
- ‘Client invitation codes’: to invite your clients through a simple electronic system.
- Will register your own fitter and/or your suppliers and exhibitor personnel that will enter during set up days on the page that is only for exhibitors (http://services.fieraroma.it).
- Send materials to your stand to the following address:

For assistance, contact the official forwarding agents (Form AACCOOP_ENGGEN or AASILEONI_ENGGE at the link http://services.fieraroma.it) - Ensure payment of invoices from Artenergy Publishing (for the area and, if applicable, shell scheme stand) and from Rome Fair (for additional requested services) and bring a copy of all payments with you to the fair.
- Pick up your exhibitor passes directly from the Organizers Office at the Fair (building SC1) starting on the day of 12 September.
