THE FAIR IN 10 STEPS
- Check the notified area, download the technical plan and fill-in the compulsory forms indicated in the email that you have received at the address given on the application form.
- Send everything by fax at nr. +39-02-87.15.24.81 or by email logistica.zero@zeroemission.eu
- Choose your set-up: if not requested during registration, shell schemes can be ordered by means of the form downloadable here or contact your fitter.
- Log into the page reserved to the exhibitors at http://services.fieraroma.it using the codes Rome Fair will send you by email, and download the Rome Fair Forms (compulsory and optional).
Note: Rome Fair will provide the requested services only after payment has been made. - Input your information which will be used in the Official Catalogue (personal codes will be sent by email).
- Invite your customers; send the invitation codes that you will receive always by email, and they can register directly at the exhibition website and enter the fair without queuing.
- Make sure you paid all invoices sent by Artenergy Publishing (Rome Fair will send its own, separately). Please bring copy of your payments to the show.
- Make sure you registered your contractor and exhibitor personnel who will enter the fairground during set up days (link of Fair Rome see point 4 ).
- Send your goods to your booth in time - if you need further assistance use our official forwarding agents (Form AA1)
- Pick up your exhibitors’ passes at Organizers Office of Exhibition directly in Fair Rome (building SC1) from 5 September.
